Become Part of the 51%

What would the world be like if every experience in our lives were mostly positive. Do you think our lives would seem to always work out for the better? What would become of our confidence in our ability to achieve the results we truly desire?

This is all possible if we put the effort into fighting back against the negative in our lives. If we were to simply think 51% positive thoughts, we could create a clearer path toward achieving our goals. 

Another way to be a "healthy thinker" is to battle one negative thought with two positive thoughts. Visualize, if you will, a battlefield. On one side are all of the negative and destructive thoughts that plague your mind. On the other side are all of the positive thoughts that get overlooked day in and day out. It is easier to succumb to negativity than it is to change your behavior and to instead think positively. Know that your positive thoughts are primed and ready to stand and defend you! Your personal army at your disposal. The more you train your soldiers, the greater they are able to produce incredible results for you.

Healthy thinkers use positive thinking to change the formation o their brains. This is called neuroplasticity. This is a natural ability in which we all possess and may use to heal from medical or mental disorders. Neural pathways in the brain are established by repeating behaviors or ways of thinking (beliefs). These neural pathways then become our "default" ways of approaching any situation in life.

It takes hard work and dedication, but you can create neural pathways in the brain that follow healthier behaviors and therefore will produce greater experiences for you. Become part of the 51% and then increase this to 52%, 53%, and so on.
